Modern Slavery Report 2024

This Modern Slavery Report (the “Report”) is a joint report and has been prepared by Capstone Copper Corp. and Capstone Mining Corp. to meet the requirements of Canada’s Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act 2023 (the “Canadian Act”) and Australia’s Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) (the “Australian Act”). Capstone Copper Corp. and Capstone Mining Corp. both report under the Canadian Act. Capstone Copper Corp. also reports under the Australian Act. Our understanding of forced labour, child labour, and modern slavery is informed by section 2 of the Canadian Act and section 4 of the Australian Act.
